Leadership
Student Board Secretary for Tau Sigma Delta Architecture Honors Society:
I was chosen as a founding member and board secretary for Temple University’s chapter of Tau Sigma Delta, a nationwide honor society for achievement and excellence in architecture and the allied arts. As a member of the student board it falls upon myself and those on it with me to run our chapter effectively. Representing and accommodating the needs of the members in addition to working with the University and the national chapter of Tau Sigma Delta are all part of smooth operation and the role as a member of the board.

Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Art and Design:
I assisted the course instructors in attendance, grading, meeting with students and occasionally class instruction. I was a teaching assistant for Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 and my responsibilities usually required 2-3 hours of work each week

Tyler School of Art Peer Advisor:
I work in the academic advising office to assist the professional advisors in helping students in search of advice, guidance, or forming academic strategies. As a peer advisor I am the first point of contact for students with academic advising. Additionally, during summers we play a role in freshman and transfer orientations and getting new students prepared for their time at Temple. I have been a peer advisor since May of 2017 and usually work for 15-20 hours per week

National Organization of Minority Architecture Students chapter treasurer:
My responsibilities were to raise and allocate funds for the club. We plan each semester with a series of events and programs in mind and to achieve them we need appropriate funding for each and a contingency to help keep the organization afloat. I worked closely with membership and the other members of the board to ensure that we were providing everyone with what we seek out to. I have held the position of treasurer in Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 and my responsibilities as such require a few hours a week of events or organization.
